Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions comprise The “Shahid offer” (the “Offer”) where customers are able to get up to a 12 months complementary subscription (“subscription’’) from Shahid on selected Samsung TV (“Product(s)”).
- This Offer is valid from April 23 2025 – May 31 2025 (“Offer Period”).
- Customer should redeem within 2 weeks from the promotion period (“Offer Period”). Last redemption date is on 14 June 2025.
- Up to 12 months complementary subscription offer is only available when purchasing products from authorized Samsung brand shops and retail stores (Stores), in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Territory”).
- Samsung reserves the rights to change and/or update the Offer at any time with prior notice to customer purchasing the Products.
- The Voucher shall at all times be subject to availability and may not be provided to all customers purchasing the Products.
- The Offer is not transferable to another Product nor is refundable or exchangeable for another content or service provided by Samsung.
- This Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing or future offer/promotion, and is not transferable.
- Samsung will not be liable to the customer for any loss and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, suffered in connection with the redemption of the Voucher or usage of this Offer.
- By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions or to the participation in this Offer, will be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the country of purchase of the Products and such disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts within the Territory.
Offer Redemption Steps
In order to redeem the Offer, the Participant must proceed as follows:
- Open Samsung Promotion App.
- A screen will pop up showing the available offers, click to claim Shahid offer.
- Follow the remaining steps to activate the offer.
