I lost my Digital Code, can I have it again?
Having a problem getting your digital code?
Please make sure to check the followings:
- Your email SPAM folder
- Your mobile for an SMS from eXtra.com
If you still can’t find the code, please do the following to resend your digital code:
Guest Customer
- Go to extra.com, and click on Track Order
- Enter your Order Number and Mobile number used when placing your order
- Then click Find My Order
- Under your order details, select the shipment that has your digital code product details
- Click Resend Digital Code button
- Enter the verification code sent you via SMS
- And Click Verify
Registered customer
- Go to extra.com and sign into your account
- Click on your profile name and select My Orders
- Find your order that was placed for your digital code
- Find the shipment that has your digital code product
- Click Resend Digital Code button
- Enter the verification code sent you via SMS
- And Click Verify
