Return Details
- When purchasing one of the items included in the offer from an eXtra store or via extra.com, customers can try the product for up to 30 days and return it within 30 days if they are not completely satisfied.
- Eligible products can only be returned to eXtra stores and cannot be returned via delivery service.
- The product must be returned with the original purchase invoice.
- If the claim form is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method stated on the invoice, following eXtra’s return and exchange policy.
- By participating in this offer, the customer agrees that any disputes related to these terms and conditions will be governed and resolved under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by its competent courts.
