These Terms and Conditions apply for the Cashback Guarantee Offer for selected Philips products, available during the period between 19th Sep till 31st Dec 2024, or whilst stock lasts, whichever comes first (the “Validity Period”).

- When customers buy the above products included in the offer from eXtra Stores & eXtra online, they can try the product for a duration up to 30 days and return it within 30 days of purchase date in case they were not satisfied with it.
- This offer is available at eXtra Stores & eXtra Online in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
- If the customer was not fully satisfied with the qualified product within 30 days of trial usage, they can fill in the claim form available at eXtra stores for a money back guarantee and return the product to eXtra.
- The customer can return the product to any store of eXtra stores; return cannot be done through delivery service.
- The product must be returned with the original purchasing invoice.
- If the form is approved, the purchase amount mentioned in the purchase invoice will be returned in the same payment method used on the purchase and according to the return and exchange policy of eXtra.
- The customer must ensure that all personal info mentioned on the form is accurate. All forms with incomplete fields, unclear info, or ununderstood wording will be rejected.
- Each family will be allowed to use up to 2 forms only.
- By redeeming the offer, the customer is indicating his agreement to be bound by these special terms and conditions governing this offer only. The other generic terms and conditions of eXtra will continue to apply unless it contradicts these special terms.
- Customer must use the qualified product according to the recommended usage method. Any misuse that might lead to damage might lead to claim form rejection.
- The returned product must be in the original working condition, without any dents, scratches, or damage caused by misuse.
- The returned machine must include the original box and full accessories.
- eXtra reserves the right at any time to review the accuracy of any claim forms and reserve the right at its sole discretion to disregard any claims that do not comply with terms and conditions.
- Once the product return process is successfully performed, the customer will not be able to take it once more.
- This Offer may not be combined with any other ongoing or future promotion/offers.
- eXtra shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to suspend, terminate, or modify the Offer or to modify these terms and conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.
- eXtra shall not be liable to the customer for any losses and/or delays and/or damages of any kind related to these terms and conditions and/or the order offer.
- By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature, directly or indirectly related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
