Terms & Conditions of Installing Split Type Air Conditioners  

 

  • 1. Please keep and save the original invoice so the AC can be installed.
  • 2. eXtra has the right to reject exchanging or returning the AC after the installation.
  • 3. The installation will be done using the provided copper pipes coming with the AC. In-case it's not availble, then the installation team can provide it with additional cost to be paid prior to the installation.
  • 4. After doing the installation the AC will be under the supplier warranty and responsible for any required service or repair within the warranty period.
  • 5. The customer is kindly requested to make the installation site ready (civil work, decoration, plumping, Water drainage...) to ease the installation operation, and to provide suitable electricity.
  • 6. eXtra will not install the AC in case of concrete wall and requires to open a hole as this is the customer responsibility. 
  • 7. eXtra installation team is not responsible for electric wiring.
  • 8. Maximum allowed height for the scaffolding is 3 meters for free, and extra meters will be paid (100 SR Per Floor Per AC) by the customer to the installation team.
  • 9. eXtra is not responsible for the cooling efficiency if the outdoor unit installed inside the manhole.
  • 10. eXtra is not responsible for cooling efficiency if the installation room size is not compatible with the AC capacity.
  • 11. The customer has to pay the value of the additional pipes or any other additional costs prior to the installation.
  • 12. eXtra is not responsible for the quality of the pre-installed pipes at the installation site.
  • 13. In case the customer did not attend the booked appointment maximum within 15 min then eXtra will cancel the appointment, and the customer has to book another appointment.
  • 14. The additional expenses will be considered free of charge if the customer did not receive invoice for it from the installation.
  • 15. In case the AC is not working properly within the first 7 days from installation date due to manufacture defect we will replace it as this is eXtra responsibility and time will be depending on the stock availability (according to the 7 days exchange policy).
