The customer should provide his/her mobile number and the amount he/she needs to redeem to the cashier at the nearest eXtra store. The customer will receive an OTP message from the bank including the available credit in SAR and he/she has to share the OTP number with the cashier to apply the points redemption directly.
To redeem points on the eXtra website, it requires choosing the Al Rajhi Bank loyalty program (Mokafaa) and entering the mobile number at the Checkout stage. The customer will receive an OTP message with the temporary password and the balance in SAR. The amount of credit to be redeemed will be determined and confirmed by the customer using the temporary password at the same stage.
