These Terms and Conditions concern the Trade-in Offer (“Offer”) for Huawei P60 Pro and Mate X3 devices “Huawei device” available during the period between 18th of Oct 2023, until 30th of Nov, 2023, or whilst stock lasts, whichever comes first (the “Validity Period”).

• The Trade-in Offer allows you to trade in your old Smartphone for Huawei P60 Pro or Mate X3 with the value of your old device in addition to 400 SAR for P60 Pro & 700 SAR for Mate X3 (total discounted amount is up to 3600 SAR upon trade-in).

• This Trade-in offer is available at eXtra Stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
• By redeeming the offer, the customer is indicating his agreement to be bound by these special terms and conditions governing this offer only. The other generic Terms and Conditions of eXtra will continue to apply unless it contradicts with these special terms.
• The traded-in device must be in a working condition, without major dents and scratches.
• The trade-in device will go through evaluation by eXtra maintenance team, and the customer has the right to reject or accept the value without any liability on Huawei.
• Only Smartphones are allowed for the trade-in offer.
• Once the old device successfully passes the examination, the customer will be able to complete the trade-in transaction and get the new Huawei Device at a discounted price per the details of this Offer and these Terms and Conditions.
• Each customer is allowed to trade-in only ONE device during this promotion.
• Once the device is traded-in and the transaction is complete, NO return is allowed for the traded-in device (Old Device).
• The Trade-in device cannot be redeemed for cash.
• eXtra reserves the right to reject any device that doesn't meet the requirements.
• eXtra shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to suspend, terminate, or modify the Offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.
• eXtra shall not be liable to the customer for any losses or delays or damages of any kind in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Order Offer.
• By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
