You’ll get your small items within 2 hours of ordering.

You can get any small items (Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, and Small appliances) delivered to your doorstep directly from the nearest store.

This delivery option is available in specific cities and areas for now.

Express delivery

Same-day delivery for the large and small appliances.

Available for metro cities every day except for Friday.

It's available till 11:00 AM for small appliances and 3:00 PM for large ones.

The service costs only SAR 45 for small appliances and SAR 199 for large.
Standard delivery

Delivery duration is 1-3 working days for the metro cities and a maximum of 5 working days for the rest of the cities in KSA.

Delivery Fees for Small Items: SAR 25.

The delivery time span is applied when the order is placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays except Fridays.

If all the products in your cart are available in the warehouse, they’ll be shipped with the same tracking number, if there are unavailable items, then they’ll be shipped with different tracking numbers.

With eXtra’s installation service, you will get exceptionally trained experts to install your large appliances safely and professionally in your home. We also offer additional installation services to simplify your living.

Delivery and installation terms and conditions
Express delivery:
-
Your order should be placed before 11:00 AM for small appliances, and before 3:00 PM for large appliances.
-
Delivery time will be from 4:00 PM until 11:00 PM.
-
The delivery fee is non-refundable if the customer does not receive the product on the same day of delivery for personal reasons.
-
Split ACs are not included in this delivery option.
-
In case there is a problem with the product during express delivery, the customer will have priority in the replacement within one business day only, and the delivery fee will not be refunded.
Large appliances (except split ACs):

To reschedule at no additional cost, customers can call customer service (8001240900) or visit the store at least one day before the delivery date.

If the customer is not available in the delivery location after the arrival of the delivery team, or hasn’t been picking up calls for 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and the customer will need to reschedule through the call center to the store.

Delivery service will not be available for out-of-coverage cities or districts or if the actual location is different than the location that is registered on the delivery request.

eXtra team can deliver the device up to the third floor (2 floors in addition to the ground floor), and they can deliver to higher floors with an additional fee (up to the fifth floor).

The customer must prepare the installation location & all construction, plumping, and electrical work must be completed before the installation appointment.
-
eXtra team will not drill holes for any washing machine or dryer or install a vent duct which the customer must prepare in advance.
-
Customers must ensure that a wall power supply is available close to the device installation point, and the power should be sufficient based on the manufacturer’s recommendation. (For example: 45 AMP socket with 6mm cable for cookers, dryers, and ACs).

The customer must ensure that the entrance to the property is sufficient to allow the fully packaged device into the main building, transported throughout the building, and is suitable for the space of the installation location. Unpacking the device outside the installation location is not allowed.

eXtra will not be responsible for the efficiency of the window AC in case it is installed in a manhole. The team can refuse to install it in a manhole/elevator room, or to install it without a wooden frame or with a dilapidated frame, or to install it on a metal, iron, or aluminum chassis, etc., and the height of the air conditioner must not exceed 2 meters.

To ensure the safety of TVs, they cannot be installed under air conditioners, and the screen wall bracket cannot be installed on metal, wooden walls, gypsum boards, or any other decorations. The customer must ensure that the TV bracket he purchased matches the size of the TV. (eXtra has the right to not accept installation if the TV bracket isn’t suitable)

When installing washing machines and dishwashers, there must be a cold/hot water line of ¾ inch with a height of no less than 50 cm and a drainage location that is at least 40 cm away and at a height of 70 cm. (You have to make sure there’s a power landline)

For the installation of a refrigerator with an ice maker, the customer must provide a permanent water line and book a maintenance appointment, not installation.

eXtra apologizes for not specifying a specific delivery time for the customer, but an approximate delivery window will be determined.

eXtra apologizes for not providing plugs for some products, such as (electric ovens – dryers - Window AC) as they come from the distributor without a plug. (You have to make sure there’s a power landline)

For rescheduling without any additional cost, the customer can visit the store at least 24 hours before the delivery date, or rescheduling fees of 100 SR will be imposed.

If the fault is reported within 14 days (for website) or 7 days (for the store) of the original installation date and it was reported as a manufacturing defect, eXtra will replace the product. If the fault is reported after 14 days (for the website) or 7 days (for the store) of the original installation date and a manufacturing defect is the cause, the customer must directly contact the manufacturer or their warranty provider for further help.

The customer must keep the original packaging of the product within 14 days (for website) or 7 days (for the store) from the delivery date. eXtra reserves the right to deduct 30% of the product value if the product is opened without being used.

The customer has the right to return the product within a maximum period of 14 days (for website) or 7 days (for the store) from the delivery date and receive a full refund, provided that the product is in its complete packaging (factory packaging) and has not been opened.

eXtra has the right to refuse to complete the return or exchange process for any of the following reasons (used product, no box, missing essential accessories). The customer should contact the supplier in this case.

If the customer receives the product/products without opening the box, the product is under the customer's responsibility. The customer is not entitled to a replacement or return in case of any damage to the product after delivery (hit or break). The customer has the right to replace or return in case of manufacturing defect only within 14 days (for website) or 7 days (for the store).

eXtra reserves the right not to replace the product within 14 days (for website) or 7 days (for the store) if the technician finds that the product has been damaged or misused by the customer after delivery.

If a defect is found in the product during the delivery process and the product is not available, the order will be canceled. The eXtra customer service team will contact the customer to choose an alternative product according to eXtra's policy.

In case of manufacturer defect is detected during installation, eXtra will provide a new item within 48 hours in the main cities, and 5 days in remote cities, or will refund the product’s value in case of unavailability.

eXtra apologizes for not installing all built-in items, recliners, trampolines, and movable wall brackets.

If the product is not received within 30 days from the date of the order, eXtra will cancel the order and return the full value of the product to the customer.

Split ACs:

To reschedule at no additional cost, customers can call customer service (8001240900) or visit the store at least one day before the delivery date.

Split AC installation fees include labor costs and do not include installation materials, additional copper pipes, a wall bracket, or additional electrical connections.

If the customer is not available in the delivery location after the arrival of the delivery team, or hasn’t been picking up calls for 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and the customer will need to reschedule through the call center to the store.

Delivery service will not be available for out-of-coverage cities or districts or if the actual location is different than the location that is registered on the delivery request.

The unavailability of any of the installation requirements might lead to rescheduling a new appointment by the customer after availing the installation requirements.

A dedicated power supply connected to a main power supply unit that is compatible with the electrical voltage of the external unit must be available before the installation team’s arrival.
-
Customers must ensure that a wall power supply is available close to the internal unit’s installation point, and the power should be sufficient based on the manufacturer’s recommendation.
-
The customer must prepare the installation place & all construction, plumping and electrical work must be completed before the installation appointment.
-
eXtra will provide 4 meters of copper pipes for the installation. If additional pipes are required, the customer must pay the charge for additional pipes before the installation can commence.
-
If the customer chooses to install the external unit installed on a wall or an external point, the customer must supply the appropriate wall brackets. These can also be supplied by eXtra for an additional charge to be paid prior to the installation.

The maximum height for installing the external unit is 3 meters from ground.

Ladders to install the AC on the ground floor is included in the installation charge. Installation to additional floors will be charged at SAR 100 for each AC on each additional floor. If scaffolding cannot be used, the customer must supply an alternative method of installation such as a winch or crane.

eXtra will not perform drilling in a concrete wall for installing an AC.
-
eXtra provide uninstall service for old AC with an additional charge.
-
eXtra will not be responsible for the cooling efficiency if the AC capacity is not compatible with the room size or if the customer requests for the AC external unit to be installed in a closed room.

eXtra will not be responsible for efficiency of the AC in case installed in manhole. And the team can refuse to install in manhole if the customer does not sign for installation responsibility.

The installation warranty is 30 days from installation day. eXtra will send a technician free of charge within this period to establish the cause of the fault and repair it where possible.

If the fault is reported within 14 days (for website) or 7 days (for the store) of the original installation date and it was reported as a manufacturing defect, eXtra will replace the product. If the fault is reported after 14 days (for the website) or 7 days (for the store) of the original installation date and a manufacturing defect is the cause, the customer must directly contact the manufacturer or their warranty provider for further help.

eXtra reserves the right not to exchange the product within the 14 days (for website) or 7 days (for the store) period if there is no manufacturing defect, or the product has suffered misuse after the initial installation has been completed. Return and exchange terms and conditions apply.

eXtra does not recommend installing the AC on old copper pipes according to manufacturers’ guidelines and recommend installing the AC on new pipes.
-
If a customer requests to install the AC on old pipes, it will be on the customer’s responsibility and for an additional charge to connect the pipes of the same size.

The customer can use the AC installation service within 30 days max from the purchase date, and he won’t be eligible to re-request the service if the installation was a free offer.

If the product is not received within 30 days from the date of the order, eXtra will cancel the order and return the full value of the product to the customer.

The installation team can install the external unit on the roof without fixing it with bolts.

In case of manufacturer defect is detected during installation, eXtra will provide a new item within 48 hours in the main cities, and 5 days in remote cities, or will refund the product’s value in case of unavailability.
