Collect from Store is a convenient and complimentary service which allows you to place an order on our websites. Select your pick-up point at one of our convenient stores in KSA and collect it at your ease within one hour. Collection time could be a variant for any running campaigns and events. You can refer to the branches page on the top bar to see the locations of the branches, opening and closing time.
Collection Point - RedBox
RedBox allows you to receive your order through smart lockers and pickup counters (PUDO) at convenient locations.
Terms & Conditions
- This service is available for small items only, based on the specified dimensions.
- RedBox service fee is € 15.
- Customers will receive an SMS/WhatsApp with a secure PIN once the shipment is ready for pickup.
- Shipments must be collected within the specified holding time (2 days for lockers and 5 days for counters); otherwise, they will be returned to the sender.
- Delivery duration is 1–3 working days for metro cities and up to 6 working days for other cities across KSA.
- Customers can extend the pickup time (additional charges may apply and will be managed directly between the customer and Redbox).
